At Bounceway, we’re all about getting you your style as fast as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our products to you:
Where We Ship
We currently ship across Pakistan and are working to expand our reach worldwide—so stay tuned! If you’re outside of Pakistan, you can still browse and vibe with our collection while we gear up to deliver to you soon.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team gets to work! It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take a bit longer to kick off.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping : 3-5 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping : 1-3 business days after processing.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping : Free for orders above PKR 5,000. Orders below this amount will have a shipping charge based on your location.
- Express Shipping : Available at an additional charge, calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your new Bounceway kicks. If you’re having trouble tracking, just hit us up at support@bounceway.com.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, some things are out of our control (like weather or courier delays). If your package is delayed, don’t stress! We’ll work with the courier to sort it out and keep you updated.
Address Issues
Make sure you double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice any mistakes, contact us ASAP at support@bounceway.com to fix it before we ship. Unfortunately, once it’s out the door, we can’t change the address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bounceway is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re marked as delivered by the courier. But don’t worry—we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking down your package if something goes wrong.
International Shipping (Coming Soon!)
Exciting news! We’re working hard to bring Bounceway to your doorstep wherever you are. For now, international shipping isn’t available, but keep an eye out as we expand globally.
